In our fast-paced world, it's easy to lose connection with the effect that the lunar cycles, seasons, etc have on our physical and emotional beings. When we reconnect to the lunar cycles and perform ceremonies to honor the cycles of nature we feel more embodied and attuned to our connection to the Earth which naturally leads to feeling more balanced and empowered.
