My Approach to Healing
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to feel chronic stress and overwhelm? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Do you simply know you don't feel as well as you would like but don't know why or how to shake it? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Together we’ll work to identify your goals, uncover root causes of your feelings of 'dis-ease' and co-create a plan that will best serve you and your vision for growth. This may include therapeutic or personalized yoga, intuitive coaching, breath and energy therapies, or nutritional coaching.

My personal expertise is in helping people through life transitions and healing from trauma. I’ve personally been there, and I offer highly empathetic support through the challenges that come when shift happens. I embrace the great healing wisdom that already exists within you, and I look forward to being your guide in your journey back home to your wild, wise, and whole self.
